Delivery & Returns


This page will explain what to do if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item
 
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 45 days of the date you received the item(s) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. 
  
Please note: Any item may be returned from an order. If returning an item(s) that is part of a "kit" a partial refund will be given for that item(s). The refund given in such cases will not be the same as the full retail value of such item(s), as such kits are discounted in price
 
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund as quickly as possible 
  • Please include your 9 or 10 digit order identification number
  • If you do not have your 9 or 10 digit order identification number you must provide your complete address and the month of purchase
  • In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault, return the items for a refund or dispatch of other products
  • Wrap the items in secure packaging
  • For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service
  • Refunds will be performed by crediting your debit/card card. Only the card used to make the purchase can be credited
  • Please allow up to three weeks for a refund to be processed
